Analysis on the Influencing Factors of Corneal Edema After Surgery in Patients with Cataract
Objective To analyze the influencing factors of corneal edema after surgery in patients with cataract. Methods The clinical data of 96 patients with cataract surgery were retrospectively analyzed. The occurrence of postoperative comeal edema was counted, and the influencing factors of postoperative corneal edema were analyzed. Results The incidence of postoperative corneal edema in 96 patients with cataract was 15.63%.Univariate analysis and multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that age ≥ 60 years,Emery lens nucleus hardness grade Ⅳ,diabetes, hypertension, intraoperative vitreous overflow, shallow anterior chamber depth, and long perfusion time were risk factors for the occurrence of corneal edema in cataract patients after surgery(OR>1,P<0.05).Conclusions The occurrence of postoperative comeal edema in cataract patients is related to factors such as age ≥ 60 years,Emery lens nucleus hardness grade Ⅳ,diabetes, hypertension, intraoperative vitreous overflow, shallow anterior chamber depth, and long perfusion time.
