Analysis on the Influencing Factors for the Occurrence of In-Stent Restenosis After PCI in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease
Objective To analyze the related influencing factors for the occurrence of in-stent restenosis(ISR)after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods The clinical data of 100 patients with coronary heart disease who underwent PCI were retrospectively analyzed.According to whether ISR occurred after PCI,patients were divided into the occurrence group and the non-occurrence group.Univariate analysis and multivariate Logistic regression analysis were used to explore the risk factors for the occurrence of ISR after PCI in patients with coronary heart disease. Results Univariate analysis and multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that diabetes mellitus, hypertension,PCI stent diameter<3.5 mm,stent length ≥ 30 mm,and stent number ≥ 2 were risk factors for the occurrence of ISR after PCI in patients with coronary heart disease(P<0.05).Conclusions Diabetes mellitus, hypertension, too small stent diameter, too long stent length and multiple stent implantation are closely related to the occurrence of ISR after PCI in patients with coronary heart disease.
