Analysis on Clinical Value of Transvaginal Ultrasound Combined with 3D-TVS Render Imaging in the Diagnosis of En-dometrial Lesions
Objective To analyze the clinical value of transvaginal ultrasound combined with three-dimensional ultrasound(3D-TVS)Render imaging in the diagnosis of endometrial lesions. Methods The clinical data of 123 patients with endometrial lesions admitted to our hospital from November 2019 to November 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.Transvaginal ultrasound and 3D-TVS Render imaging were performed before surgery or curettage.Taking pathological examination results as the gold standard, the diagnostic value of transvaginal ultrasound combined with 3D-TVS Render imaging for endometrial lesions was analyzed. Results Pathological examination results showed that among 123 patients,24 cases had endometrial cancer and 99 cases had benign endometrial lesions. The endometrial thickness(ET)detected by vaginal ultrasound in patients with endometrial cancer was higher than that in patients with benign lesions(P<0.05);the endometrial vascular index(VI),blood flow index(FI),and vascular blood flow index(VFI)detected by 3D-TVS Render imaging were higher than those in patients with benign lesions(P<0.05);ROC curve results show that the AUC of ET,VI,FI,and VFI combined diagnosis for endometrial lesions was 0.968,higher than the single diagnosis of each indicator. Conclusions Transvaginal ultrasound combined with 3D-TVS Render imaging has higher diagnostic value for endometrial lesions, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
