冠状动脉CT血管成像配合动态心电图检查对冠心病心肌缺血的诊断价值

摘要
目的 分析冠状动脉CT血管成像配合动态心电图检查在冠心病心肌缺血中的诊断价值.方法 纳入2023年1月至2023年5月我院收治的856例疑似冠心病心肌缺血患者,行冠状动脉CT血管成像及动态心电图检查,以核素心肌灌注显像为金标准,比较冠状动脉CT血管成像配合动态心电图检查在冠心病心肌缺血中的诊断价值.结果 核素心肌灌注显像结果显示,856例患者中阳性526例,阴性330例.冠状动脉CT血管成像配合动态心电图的准确度、灵敏度、阳性预测值及阴性预测值均高于冠状动脉CT血管成像、动态心电图单独检查(P＜0.05).结论 冠状动脉CT血管成像配合动态心电图检查在冠心病心肌缺血中的诊断效能较高,可为临床治疗提供更准确的依据.
Abstract
Objective To explore the diagnostic value of coronary artery CT angiography combined with dynamic electrocardiogram(ECG)for myocardial ischemia of coronary heart disease.Methods 856 suspected patients with myocardial ischemia of coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to May 2023 were given coronary artery CT angiography and dynamic ECG.Taking nuclide myocardial perfusion imaging as the gold standard,the diagnostic value of coronary artery CT angiography combined with dynamic ECG for myocardial ischemia of coronary heart disease was compared.Results Nuclide myocardial perfusion imaging results showed that among 856 patients,526 cases were positive,and 330 cases were negative.The accuracy,sensitivity,positive predictive value and negative predictive value of coronary artery CT angiography combined with dynamic ECG were higher than those of coronary CT angiography or dynamic ECG(P＜0.05).Conclusions Coronary artery CT angiography combined with dynamic ECG has higher diagnostic efficacy for myocardial ischemia of coronary heart disease,which can provide more accurate basis for clinical treatment.
