摘要
目的 探讨经尿道输尿管软镜碎石术(FURL)联合MOSES激光治疗输尿管结石的效果.方法 将我院收治的300例输尿管结石患者分为两组.对照组采用经尿道FURL联合钬激光治疗,观察组采用经尿道FURL联合MOSES激光治疗.比较两组手术情况、肾功能及并发症.结果 观察组手术时间、尿管留置时间及术后住院时间均短于对照组(P＜0.05).术后,观察组尿酸、肌酐及血钙水平低于对照组(P＜0.05).观察组并发症发生率为1.33％,低于对照组的6.00％(P＜0.05).结论 经尿道FURL联合MOSES激光治疗输尿管结石,可缩短手术时间,改善患者的肾功能,减少术后并发症发生,利于患者恢复.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of transurethral flexible ureteroscope lithotripsy(FURL)combined with MOSES laser in the treatment of ureteral calculi.Methods 300 patients with ureteral calculi admitted to our hospital were selected and divided into two groups.The control group was treated with transurethral FURL combined with Holmium laser,and the observation group was treated with transurethral FURL combined with MOSES laser.The operation status,renal function and complications of the two groups were compared.Results The operation time,catheter indentation time and postoperative hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P＜0.05).After operation,the uric acid,creatinine and blood calcium levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 1.33％,lower than 6.00％in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusions Transurethral FURL combined with MOSES laser in the treatment of ureteral calculi can shorten the operation time,improve the renal function of patients,reduce the postoperative complications,which is conducive to the recovery of patients.
