Analysis on Regulation Effect of Insulin Glargine Combined with Liraglutide on Blood Glucose and Blood Lipid in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus Complicated with Obesity
Objective To explore the regulation effect of insulin glargine combined with liraglutide on blood glucose and blood lipid in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with obesity.Methods 83 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with obesity were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with insulin glargine,and the observation group was treated with liraglutide on the basis of the control group.The blood glucose and blood lipid levels,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the blood glucose levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the HDL-C level of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the TG,TC and LDL-C levels were lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05).No statistical difference was found in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusions Insulin glargine combined with liraglutide has better effect in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus and obesity,which can significantly regulate the blood glucose and blood lipid levels of patients,and reduce the adverse reactions.
