氢氧化钙根管消毒在慢性根尖周炎行根管治疗中的应用效果观察

摘要
目的 探讨氢氧化钙根管消毒在慢性根尖周炎行根管治疗中的应用效果.方法 将我院2020年3月至2021年10月于我院行根管治疗的96例慢性根尖周炎患者随机分为三组各32例.研究组采用氢氧化钙根管填充及消毒,对照A组采用根管内樟脑酚消毒及填充,对照B组采用三联抗生素治疗.对比三组近期及远期临床疗效、疼痛程度.结果 研究组治疗近期总有效率、远期总有效率均高于对照A组及对照B组,疼痛程度低于对照A组及对照B组(P＜0.05).结论 氢氧化钙根管消毒在慢性根尖周炎患者根管治疗中的临床效果显著,可减轻根管疼痛程度,获得理想的远期疗效,值得推广应用.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of calcium hydroxide root canal disinfection in root canal therapy of chronic periapical periodontitis.Methods 96 patients with chronic periapical periodontitis undergoing root canal therapy in our hospital from March 2020 to October 2021 were randomly divided into three groups equally.The study group was treated with calcium hydroxide root canal filling and disinfection,the control group A was treated with camphor phenol root canal filling and disinfection,and the control group B was treated with triple antibiotics.The short-term and long-term clinical efficacy,and the pain degree were compared among the three groups.Results The short-term and long-term total effective rates of treatment in the study group were higher than those in the control group A and control group B,and the pain degree was lower than that in the control group A and control group B(P＜0.05).Conclusions Calcium hydroxide root canal disinfection has significant clinical effect in root canal therapy of patients with chronic periapical periodontitis,which can reduce the root canal pain degree,obtain ideal long-term effect,and is worthy of promotion and application.
