Clinical Value of Combined Detection of Serum CEA,CA242,CA199,and PGR in the Auxiliary Diagnosis of Early Gastric Cancer
Objective To explore the diagnostic value of serum CEA,CA242,CA199 and PGR for early gastric cancer. Methods 82 patients with gastric cancer admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as observation group, and 50 healthy people at the same period were selected as control group. The CEA,CA242,CA199 and PGR levels of the two groups were detected, and receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve was drawn to analyze the clinical value of serum CEA,CA242,CA199,PGR and combined detection in the diagnosis of gastric cancer. Results The serum CEA,CA242 and CA1 99 levels of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the PGR level was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).ROC curve showed that the AUC of the combined detection of serum CEA,CA242,CA1 99 and PGR in the diagnosis of gastric cancer was 0.960,higher than 0.762,0.796,0.757 and 0.773 of any single detection. Conclusions The combined detection of serum CEA,CA242,CA199 and PGR has certain value in the early diagnosis of gastric cancer, with higher diagnostic efficacy, making it easier for early diagnosis and treatment.
