摘要
目的 分析性激素水平与子宫内膜异位症(EMT)分期及痛经程度的关系.方法 选取我院2022年3月至2023年3月收治的60例EMT患者作为研究组,同期选取60例健康女性为对照组,比较两组的性激素水平;比较不同EMT分期、痛经程度EMT患者性激素水平;Spearman相关性分析法评估EMT患者性激素水平与EMT分期及痛经程度的相关性.结果 研究组性激素水平高于对照组(P＜0.05).不同EMT分期性激素水平比较,Ⅳ期＞Ⅲ期＞Ⅱ期＞Ⅰ期(P＜0.05);不同痛经程度性激素水平比较,重度疼痛＞中度疼痛＞轻度疼痛＞无痛(P＜0.05);Spearman相关性分析结果显示,EMT患者性激素水平与EMT分期及痛经程度呈正相关.结论 性激素水平与EMT分期及痛经程度呈正相关,临床可作为辅助评估EMT分期的客观指标.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the correlation between the sex hormone levels,endometriosis(EMT)stage and dysmenorrhea degree.Methods 60 EMT patients admitted to our hospital from March 2022 to March 2023 were selected as study group,and 60 healthy women at the same period were selected as control group.The sex hormone levels of the two groups were compared.The sex hormone levels of EMT patients with different EMT stages and dysmenorrhea degree were compared,and the correlation between sex hormone levels,EMT stages and dysmenorrhea degree was evaluated by Spearman correlation analysis.Results The sex hormone levels of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P＜0.05).The comparison showed sex hormone levels among different EMT stages in stage Ⅳ＞stage Ⅲ＞stage Ⅱ＞stage Ⅰ(P＜0.05);The comparison showed sex hormone levels among different dysmenorrhea degree in severe pain＞moderate pain＞mild pain＞painless(P＜0.05).Spearman correlation analysis showed the sex hormone levels of EMT patients were positively correlated with EMT stage and dysmenorrhea degree.Conclusions The sex hormone level is positively correlated with endometriosis stage and dysmenorrhea degree,which can be used as objective indicators to assist in evaluating EMT stage in clinic.
