活血通络解毒汤对血瘀蕴毒型子宫内膜异位症患者临床疗效及CA125、CRP水平的影响

摘要
目的 探讨活血通络解毒汤对血瘀蕴毒型子宫内膜异位症患者临床疗效及糖类抗原125(CA125)、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平的影响.方法 选取120例血瘀蕴毒型子宫内膜异位症患者随机分为观察组(n=60)和对照组(n=60).对照组采用孕三烯酮胶囊治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用活血通络解毒汤治疗,比较两组的临床疗效、CA125、CRP水平.结果 观察组治疗总有效率为95.00％,明显高于对照组的80.00％(P＜0.05).治疗3个月经周期后,两组的CA125、CRP水平降低,且观察组CA125、CRP水平低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 活血通络解毒汤治疗血瘀蕴毒型子宫内膜异位症,可明显提升临床疗效,降低患者CA125、CRP水平,值得临床推广应用.
Abstract
Objective To explore the impact of Huoxue Tongluo Jiedu Decoction on the clinical efficacy and carbohydrate antigen 125(CA1 25)and C-reactive protein(CRP)levels of patients with endometriosis of blood stasis and toxin accumulation type.Methods 120 patients with endometriosis of blood stasis and toxin accumulation type were selected and randomly divided into observation group(n=60)and control group(n=60).The control group was treated with gestrinone capsules,and the observation group was treated with Huoxue Tongluo Jiedu Decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,CA125 and CRP levels of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.00％,significantly higher than 80.00％in the control group(P＜0.05).After 3 menstrual cycles of treatment,the CA125 and CRP levels of the two groups decreased,and the CA125 and CRP levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusions Huoxue Tongluo Jiedu Decoction can significantly improve the clinical efficacy and reduce the CA125 and CRP levels of patients with endometriosis of blood stasis and toxin accumulation type,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
