Clinical Effect of Rehabilitation Exercise Therapy Combined with Drugs in the Treatment of Ischemic Stroke
Objective To explore the clinical effect of rehabilitation exercise therapy combined with drugs in the treatment of ischemic stroke. Methods 110 patients with ischemic stroke from January 2021 to January 2023 were randomly divided into control group(n=55)and observation group(n=55).The control group was treated with atorvastatin combined with probucol, and the observation group was given rehabilitation exercise therapy on the basis of the control group. The treatment effect, limb motor function and self-care ability were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.36%,significantly higher than 80.00%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the FMA and ADL scores of both groups increased, and the FMA and ADL scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Rehabilitation exercise therapy combined with drugs has significant effect in the treatment of ischemic stroke, can significantly improve the limb motor ability and self-care ability of patients, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
