Study on Clinical Effect of Moxibustion Combined with Common Antiemetic Drugs in the Treatment of Chemotherapy Induced Nausea and Vomiting in Patients with Lung Cancer
Objective To explore the clinical effect of moxibustion combined with common antiemetic drugs in the treatment of chemotherapy induced nausea and vomiting in patients with lung cancer. Methods 72 patients with lung cancer undergoing chemotherapy in our hospital from March 2020 to December 2021 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 36 cases in each group. The control group was treated with simple antiemetic drugs, while the observation group was treated with moxibustion on the basis of the control group. The nausea and vomiting control degree, quality of life, and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of nausea and vomiting control in the observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The proportion of NIDL in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).No statistical difference was found in incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Moxibustion combined with common antiemetic drugs in the treatment of chemotherapy induced nausea and vomiting in patients with lung cancer can effectively alleviate the nausea and vomiting symptoms, and improve the quality of life, with high safety.
