Observation on the Effect of Vitamin D Assisted Budesonide in the Treatment of Children with Bronchial Asthma
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of vitamin D assisted budesonide in the treatment of children with bronchial asthma. Methods 82 children with bronchial asthma admitted to our hospital from May 2021 to June 2023 were selected and randomly divided into combined group(41 cases, vitamin D+budesonide)and control group(41 cases, budesonide). The clinical efficacy, lung function and serum inflammatory factor levels were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the combined treatment group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the forced vital capacity(FVC)and first second forced expiratory volume(FEV1)of the combined group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the serum interleukin-5(IL-5)level of the combined group was lower than that of the control group, and the interleukin-10(IL-10)level was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Vitamin D assisted budesonide in the treatment of children with bronchial asthma can improve the efficacy, restore the lung function, and reduce the levels of inflammatory factors.
