摘要

目的 分析维生素D辅助布地奈德治疗支气管哮喘患儿的临床效果.方法 选择2021年5月至2023年6月我院收治的支气管哮喘患儿82例,随机分为联治组(41例,维生素D+布地奈德)、对照组(41例,布地奈德),对比两组的临床疗效、肺功能、血清炎性因子水平.结果 联治组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05).治疗后,联治组用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气量(FEV1)高于对照组(P<0.05).治疗后,联治组血清IL-5水平低于对照组,IL-10水平高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 维生素D辅助布地奈德治疗支气管哮喘患儿可提高疗效,恢复患儿肺功能,降低炎性因子水平.

Abstract

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of vitamin D assisted budesonide in the treatment of children with bronchial asthma.Methods 82 children with bronchial asthma admitted to our hospital from May 2021 to June 2023 were selected and randomly divided into combined group(41 cases,vitamin D+budesonide)and control group(41 cases,budesonide).The clinical efficacy,lung function and serum inflammatory factor levels were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the combined treatment group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the forced vital capacity(FVC)and first second forced expiratory volume(FEV1)of the combined group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum interleukin-5(IL-5)level of the combined group was lower than that of the control group,and the interleukin-10(IL-10)level was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Vitamin D assisted budesonide in the treatment of children with bronchial asthma can improve the efficacy,restore the lung function,and reduce the levels of inflammatory factors.
