Clinical Effect of Sulfotanshinone Sodium Injection Combined with Nimodipine in the Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of sulfotanshinone sodium injection(STSI)combined with nimodipine in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke(AIS).Methods 71 AIS patients admitted to our hospital from March 2022 to March 2023 were selected and divided into two groups according to different treatment methods.Under the routine symptomatic treatment, the control group(34 cases)was given single oral nimodipine, and the observation group(37 cases)was given STSI intravenous drip based on the control group. The drug efficacy was compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the neurological deficit score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the effiicacy was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, erythrocyte aggregation index, and hematocrit of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the TNF-α and IL-6 levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions STSI combined with nimodipine in the treatment of AIS patients has better effect, which can improve the neurological function, effectively regulate the body hemorheology, and promote the elimination of inflammatory factors.
