Observation on the Clinical Effect of Intensive Silver Needle Thermal Release in the Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis
Objective To observe the clinical effect of intensive silver needle thermal release in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Methods 110 patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted to our hospital from March 2022 to June 2023 were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The observation group was treated with intensive silver needle thermal release, and the control group was treated with celecoxib. The levels of inflammatory factors, knee joint function, pain, and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the levels of inflammatory factors,Lequesne index score, and VAS score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 1.82%,lower than 14.55%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Intensive silver needle thermal release in the treatment of patients with knee osteoarthritis can reduce the levels of inflammatory factors and pain score, improve the knee joint function, and reduce the adverse reactions.
