Analysis on the Efficacy of Tirofiban Combined with Butylphthalide in Cerebral Infarction Patients with Super Thrombolysis Time Window
Objective To explore the clinical effect of tirofiban combined with butylphthalide in the treatment of cerebral infarction patients with super thrombolysis time window.Methods 80 cerebral infarction patients with super thrombolysis time window admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to August 2023 were randomly divided into combined group(40 cases,tirofiban+butylphthalide)and control group(40 cases,tirofiban).The coagulation function indicators,oxidative stress indicators,neurological deficits and self-care ability were compared between groups.Results After treatment,the APTT and PT of the combined group were longer than those of the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the serum SOD level of the combined group was higher than that of the control group,and the MDA level was lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the NIHSS score of the combined group was lower than that of the control group,and the modified Barthel index score was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusions Tirofiban combined with butylphthalide in the treatment of cerebral infarction patients with super thrombolysis time window can improve the coagulation function and oxidative stress response,which is beneficial for the recovery of neurological function and self-care ability.
