Impact of Clopidogrel Combined with Aspirin on Coagulation Indicators and Cardiovascular Events in Patients with Stable Angina
Objective To explore the impact of clopidogrel combined with aspirin on coagulation indicators and cardiovascular events in patients with stable angina. Methods 90 patients with stable angina were randomly divided into control group(n=45)and observation group(n=45).The control group was given oral aspirin enteric coated tablets, while the observation group was treated with clopidogrel on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, coagulation indicators, and incidence of cardiovascular events were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 91.1%,significantly higher than 75.6%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the APTT and PT of the observation group were longer than those of the control group, and the PAR was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of cardiovascular events in the observation group after 6 months of treatment was 4.4%,lower than 17.8%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Clopidogrel combined with aspirin in the treatment of patients with stable angina can reduce the times and frequency of angina attacks, improve the coagulation indicators, and reduce the incidence of cardiovascular events.
