喜炎平注射液联合小柴胡颗粒治疗急性上呼吸道感染患儿的效果

摘要
目的 探讨喜炎平注射液联合小柴胡颗粒治疗急性上呼吸道感染患儿的效果.方法 选取2020年10月至2023年9月本院收治的160例急性上呼吸道感染患儿,按照入组顺序分为两组.对照组采用小柴胡颗粒治疗,观察组采用喜炎平注射液联合小柴胡颗粒.比较两组的治疗效果、症状消失时间、炎性因子水平.结果 观察组治疗总有效率为96.25％,明显高于对照组的83.75％(P＜0.05).观察组各项症状消失时间均短于对照组(P＜0.05).治疗后,两组的IL-6、CRP、PCT水平降低,观察组IL-6、CRP、PCT水平低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 喜炎平注射液联合小柴胡颗粒可提高急性上呼吸道感染患儿的治疗效果,缩短患儿症状消失时间,抑制炎性因子的表达.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of Xiyanping injection combined with Xiaochaihu granules in the treatment of children with acute upper respiratory tract infection.Methods 160 children with acute upper respiratory tract infection admitted to our hospital from October 2020 to September 2023 were selected and divided into two groups according to the enrollment order.The control group was treated with Xiaochaihu granules,and the observation group was treated with Xiyanping injection combined with Xiaochaihu granules.The treatment effect,symptom disappearance time and levels of inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.25％,significantly higher than 83.75％in the control group(P＜0.05).The symptom disappearance time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the IL-6,CRP and PCT levels of the two groups decreased,the IL-6,CRP and PCT levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusions Xiyanping injection combined with Xiaochaihu granules can improve the treatment effect of children with acute upper respiratory tract infection,shorten the symptom disappearance time,and inhibit the expression of inflammatory factors.
