Observation on the Perioperative Nursing Effect of Fast-Tract Surgery Concept for Patients with Lung Cancer Thoracoscopic Radical Resection
Objective To observe the nursing effect of fast-tract surgery concept for patients with lung cancer thoracoscopic radical resection. Methods 180 patients with lung cancer thoracoscopic radical resection admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected and were randomly divided into two groups. The control group received routine nursing, while the experimental group received fast-tract surgery concept nursing on the basis of the control group. The nursing effects were compared between of the two groups. Results After nursing, the SAS and SDS scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The first out-of-bed time, first eating time, retention time of thoracic drainage tube, and average hospitalization time in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the experimental group was 2.22%,lower than 16.67%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Fast-tract surgery concept nursing can alleviate the perioperative negative emotions of patients with lung cancer thoracoscopic radical resection, shorten the postoperative recovery time and hospitalization time, and reduce the incidence of complications.
