Application of Transitional Care Model Combined with Respiratory Training in Children with Pneumonia
Objective To explore the application effect of transitional care model combined with respiratory training in children with pneumonia.Methods 102 children with pneumonia admitted to our hospital from February 2020 to January 2023 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the enrollment order.The control group received respiratory training,and the observation group received transitional care model on the basis of the control group.The lung function and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results 3 months after discharge,the FEV1,FVC,PEF and the scores of physiology,emotion,society and role in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusions Transitional care model combined with respiratory training can improve the lung function and quality of life in children with pneumonia.
