基于微信平台的延续性护理在直肠癌永久性肠造口患者中的应用

摘要
目的 探讨基于微信平台的延续性护理在直肠癌永久性肠造口患者中的应用效果.方法 选取98例直肠癌永久性肠造口患者随机分为对照组(49例,常规护理)和观察组(49例,基于微信平台的延续性护理).比较两组的护理效果p结果护理3个月后,观察组自我护理能力测定量表(ESCA)各维度评分以及中文版造口患者生活质量问卷(COH-QOL-OQ)各维度评分均高于对照组,造口相关并发症发生率低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 基于微信平台的延续性护理可明显提升直肠癌永久性肠造口患者的自护能力和生活质量,减少造口相关并发症的发生.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of continuous nursing based on WeChat platform in rectal cancer patients with permanent colostomy.Methods 98 rectal cancer patients with permanent colostomy were selected and randomly divided into control group(49 cases,routine nursing)and observation group(49 cases,continuous nursing based on WeChat platform).The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results After 3 months of nursing,the scores of ESCA and COH-QOL-OQ in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the incidence of stoma-related complications was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusions Continuous nursing based on WeChat platform can significantly improve the self-care ability and quality of life of rectal cancer patients with permanent colostomy,and reduce the incidence of stoma-related complications.
