Application Effect of Fire-Dragon Tank Combined with Exercise Guided by the Sinew-Bone Balance Theory for Ptients With Scapulohumeral Periarthritis
Objective To explore the application effect of fire-dragon tank combined with exercise guided by the sinew-bone balance theory for patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis. Methods 70 patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis admitted to our hospital were divided into two groups according to the drawing lots. The control group received routine treatment and functional exercise, while the observation group was given fire-dragon tank combined with exercise guided by the sinew-bone balance theory on this basis. The treatment effect,VAS score and shoulder joint function were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the internal rotation, abduction, flexion and extension mobility of shoulder joint in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Fire-dragon tank combined with exercise guided by the sinew-bone balance theory has better application effect for patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis, which can significantly alleviate the shoulder joint pain of patients, and improve the shoulder joint function.
