摘要
目的 探讨分析增强型体外反搏(EECP)联合头部刮痧在冠心病(CHD)心绞痛伴睡眠障碍患者中的应用效果.方法 选取2022年1月至2023年12月我院收治的102例CHD心绞痛伴睡眠障碍患者,根据干预方式分为两组.对照组采用常规干预,观察组采用EECP联合头部刮痧.比较两组的睡眠质量及生活质量.结果 干预后,观察组PSQI各维度评分低于对照组,QLICD-CHD各维度评分高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 EECP联合头部刮痧可改善CHD心绞痛伴睡眠障碍患者的睡眠质量,提高其生活质量.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of enhanced extracorporeal counterpulsation(EECP)combined with head scraping in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)angina pectoris complicated with sleep disorders.Methods 102 patients with CHD angina pectoris complicated with sleep disorders admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected and divided into two groups according to the intervention methods.The control group received routine intervention,while the observation group received EECP combined with head scraping.The sleep quality and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the PSQI scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the QLICD-CHD scores were higher than those of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusions EECP combined with head scraping can improve the sleep quality and quality of life of patients with CHD angina pectoris complicated with sleep disorders.
