Application of Enhanced Extracorporeal Counterpulsation Combined with Head Scraping in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease Angina Pectoris Complicated with Sleep Disorders
Objective To explore the application effect of enhanced extracorporeal counterpulsation(EECP)combined with head scraping in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)angina pectoris complicated with sleep disorders. Methods 102 patients with CHD angina pectoris complicated with sleep disorders admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected and divided into two groups according to the intervention methods. The control group received routine intervention, while the observation group received EECP combined with head scraping. The sleep quality and quality of life of the two groups were compared. Results After intervention, the PSQI scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the QLICD-CHD scores were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions EECP combined with head scraping can improve the sleep quality and quality of life of patients with CHD angina pectoris complicated with sleep disorders.
