Impact of Integrated Nursing Intervention of Medical Staff and Family Members on Nebulization Therapy for Children with Mycoplasma Pneumonia
Objective To explore the application effect of integrated nursing intervention of medical staff and family members on nebulization therapy for children with mycoplasma pneumonia.Methods 90 children with mycoplasma pneumonia admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were randomly divided into two groups,with 45 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received integrated nursing intervention of medical staff and family members.The comfort degree,compliance of nebulization treatment,and symptom resolution time were compared between the two groups.Results The comfort degree and compliance of nebulization treatment in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the symptom resolution time were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Integrated nursing intervention of medical staff and family members can improve the comfort degree and compliance of nebulization treatment for children with mycoplasma pneumonia,and accelerate the symptom resolution.
