Impact of Collaborative Nursing Combined with Mindfulness Decompression Therapy on Self-Management Behavior and Blood Glucose Control in Elderly Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus
Objective To explore the effect of collaborative nursing combined with mindfulness decompression therapy on self-management behavior and blood glucose control in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods 100 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into control group(n=50)and observation group(n=50).The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received collaborative nursing combined with mindfulness decompression therapy. Both groups were followed up for 6 months. The self-management behavior and blood glucose control of the two groups were compared. Results After nursing, the scores of SDSCA in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the FPG,2hPBG and HbA1c levels were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Cooperative nursing combined with mindfulness decompression therapy can significantly improve the self-management behavior of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus, and achieve better blood glucose control effect.
