Application of Integrated Nursing Based on Barthel Index and Motor Function in Elderly Stroke Patients
Objective To explore the application effect of integrated nursing based on Barthel index and motor function in elderly stroke patients.Methods 150 elderly stroke patients admitted to our hospital from March 2021 to March 2023 were divided into observation group and control group according to the enrollment order.The observation group received integrated nursing based on Barthel index and motor function,and the control group received routine nursing.The negative emotions,physical function,daily living ability and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05).After nursing,the FMA upper and lower limb scores,MBI score,and quality of life scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusions Integrated nursing based on Barthel index and motor function can alleviate the negativev emotions of elderly stroke patients,improve the limb function,daily activity ability and quality of life.
