摘要
目的 探讨CICARE模式指导的肢体语言沟通在过敏性紫癜(HSP)患儿的应用效果.方法 选取2020年4月至2023年3月我院收治的102例HSP患儿,随机分为两组.对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用CICARE模式指导的肢体语言沟通.比较两组遵医行为及家属疾病知识掌握情况.结果 护理后,观察组用药、饮食依从性评分高于对照组(P＜0.05).护理后,观察组家属的疾病护理、用药、饮食、安全意识知识评分高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 CICARE模式指导的肢体语言沟通可提高HSP患儿的依从性,提高家属对疾病知识的掌握程度.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of body language communication guided by CICARE model in children with henoch schonlein purpura(HSP).Methods 102 HSP children admitted to our hospital from April 2020 to March 2023 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received body language communication guided by CICARE model.The compliance behavior and disease knowledge mastery degree of family members were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the scores of medication and diet compliance in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).After nursing,the knowledge scores of disease nursing,medication,diet and safety awareness of family members in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusions Body language communication guided by CICARE model can improve the compliance of HSP children and the disease knowledge mastery degree of family members.
