Analysis on Related Influencing Factors of Postpartum Hemorrhage in Cesarean Section Puerperae with Placenta Previa
Objective To analyze the related influencing factors of postpartum hemorrhage in cesarean section puerperae with placenta previa. Methods 82 cesarean section puerperae with placenta previa in our hospital from October 2020 to October 2022 were selected, and the postpartum hemorrhage was counted.Univariate and multivariate analysis were used to find out the related influencing factors of postpartum hemorrhage in cesarean section puerperae with placenta previa. Results The incidence of postpartum hemorrhage in 82 cesarean section puerperae with placenta previa was 40.24%(33/82).Univariate and Logistic regression analysis results showed that age≥35 years old, uterine cavity operation ≥2 times, placenta implantation, placenta adhesions, scar uterus, complete placenta previa were the risk factors of postpartum hemorrhage in cesarean section puerperae with placenta previa(P<0.05).Conclusions The risk of postpartum hemorrhage in puerperae with placenta previa undergoing caesarean section is higher, and the occurrence of postpartum hemorrhage is closely related to maternal age, uterine cavity operation times, placental implantation, placental adhesions, scarred uterus, and complete placenta previa.
