Value of Ultrasound Blood Flow Parameters Combined with Ultrasound Elastography Parameter in the Diagnosis of Thyroid Cancer
Objective To explore the value of ultrasound blood flow parameters combined with ultrasound elastography parameter in the diagnosis of thyroid cancer(TC).Methods 40 patients with TC were selected as the observation group,and 40 patients with benign thyroid lesions were selected as the control group.The S,D,PI,RI and ultrasound elasticity contrast index of the two groups were compared,and the value of ultrasound blood flow parameters combined with elasticity contrast index in the diagnosis of TC was analyzed.Results Logistic multivariate analysis showed that gender,family history,S,D,PI,RI and ultrasonic elasticity contrast index were independent influencing factors of TC(P＜0.05).The AUC of combined detection in the diagnosis of TC was 0.986.Conclusions Ultrasound blood flow parameters and elasticity contrast index are independent influencing factors of TC,and combined detection can improve the diagnostic value.
