Impact of Laparoscopic Fallopian Tube Fenestration for Embryo Retrieval Combined with Methotrexate on Intrauterine Pregnancy Rate of Patients with Tubal Pregnancy
Objective To explore the effect of laparoscopic fallopian tube fenestration for embryo retrieval combined with methotrexate in the treatment of tubal pregnancy. Methods 120 patients with tubal pregnancy were divided into two groups. The control group was treated with methotrexate, and the experimental group was treated with laparoscopic fallopian tube fenestration for embryo retrieval combined with methotrexate. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, the menstrual recovery time, mass disappearance time, abdominal pain disappearance time and hospitalization time were shorter than those of the control group, and the intrauterine pregnancy rate was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Laparoscopic fallopian tube fenestration for embryo retrieval combined with methotrexate in the treatment of patients with tubal pregnancy can improve the intrauterine pregnancy rate and has high safety.
