Clinical Effect of Hyperbaric Oxygen Combined with Mild Hypothermia in the Treatment of Acute Carbon Monoxide Poi-soning
Objective To explore the clinical effect of hyperbaric oxygen combined with mild hypothermia in the treatment of acute carbon monoxide poisoning(ACOP).Methods A total of 86 patients with ACOP were randomly divided into two groups. On the basis of conventional treatment, the control group was treated with hyperbaric oxygen, and the study group was treated with hyperbaric oxygen combined with mild hypothermia. The clinical efficacy, cognitive function and antioxidant levels were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 93.02%,significantly higher than 76.74%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the MoCA scores in the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment, and the MoCA score in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of CAT and LPO in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment, and the levels of CAT and LPO in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Hyperbaric oxygen combined with mild hypothermia in the treatment of ACOP has significant effect, which can improve the cognitive function of patients and reduce the levels of antioxidants.
