Clinical Effect of Nasal Endoscopic Modified Surgery Combined with Partial Mucosal Resection of Middle Turbinate in the Treatment of Refractory Rhinosinusitis
Objective To explore the clinical effect of nasal endoscopic modified surgery combined with partial mucosal resection of middle turbinate in the treatment of refractory rhinosinusitis. Methods 100 patients with refractory rhinosinusitis were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with nasal endoscopic modified surgery, and the study group was treated with nasal endoscopic modified surgery combined with partial mucosal resection of middle turbinate. The clinical effect, nasal function, complications and recurrence were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group, and the recurrence rate was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).At 6 months after surgery, the DCAN in the study group was smaller than that in the control group, and the NMCA and NCV were larger than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Nasal endoscopic modified surgery combined with partial mucosal resection of middle turbinate in the treatment of refractory rhinosinusitis has significant clinical effect, which can improve the nasal function of patients and reduce the risk of recurrence.
