Application of Multi-Target Focused Repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation Combined with Goal-Oriented Func-tional Exercise in Rehabilitation Treatment of Patients with Cerebral Hemorrhage
Objective To explore the application effect of multi-target focused repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation(MTF-rTMS)combined with goal-oriented functional exercise in rehabilitation treatment of patients with cerebral hemorrhage. Methods 78 patients with cerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was intervened by goal-oriented functional exercise, and the study group was intervened by MTF-rTMS on the basis of the control group. The gait, neurological function and daily living ability were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention, the walking frequency and walking speed of the study group were higher than those of the control group, and the walking amplitude was larger than that of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the NIHSS score of the study group was lower than that of the control group, and the BI score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions MTF-rTMS combined with goal-oriented functional exercise has good application effect in the rehabilitation treatment of patients with cerebral hemorrhage, which can improve patients'gait and nerve damage, and improve their daily living ability.
