摘要
目的 探讨丙戊酸钠联合拉莫三嗪治疗癫痫的效果.方法 90例癫痫患者随机分为两组,对照组给予丙戊酸钠治疗,研究组给予丙戊酸钠联合拉莫三嗪治疗,比较两组的疗效、脑电图频率及不良反应.结果 治疗后,研究组的总有效率高于对照组,δ、θ频率均低于对照组,α、β频率均高于对照组(P＜0.05).两组的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 丙戊酸钠联合拉莫三嗪治疗癫痫的效果显著,可改善患者的脑电图频率,且安全性较高.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of sodium valproate combined with lamotrigine in the treatment of epilepsy.Methods 90 patients with epilepsy were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with sodium valproate,and the study group was treated with sodium valproate combined with lamotrigine.The efficacy,EEG frequency and adverse reaction were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the frequencies of δand θ were lower than those of the control group,and the frequencies of α and β were higher than those of the control group(P＜0.05).No significant difference was found in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusions Sodium valproate combined with lamotrigine in the treatment of epilepsy has significant effect and high safety,and can improve the EEG frequency of patients.
