Diagnostic Value of Combined Examination of Transvaginal Ultrasound and Transabdominal Ultrasound for Polycystic O-vary Syndrome
Objective To explore the diagnostic value of transvaginal ultrasound combined with transabdominal ultrasound for polycystic ovary syndrome. Methods 68 patients with suspected polycystic ovary syndrome were examined by transvaginal ultrasound and transabdominal ultrasound, and the diagnostic value of single examination and combined examination of the two methods was analyzed. Results The accuracy of transvaginal ultrasound combined with transabdominal ultrasound in the diagnosis of polycystic ovary syndrome was higher than that of transvaginal ultrasound and transabdominal ultrasound(P<0.05).The Kappa value of transvaginal ultrasound combined with transabdominal ultrasound in the diagnosis of polycystic ovary syndrome was 0.900,with excellent consistency. Conclusions Transvaginal ultrasound combined with transabdominal ultrasound has high accuracy in the diagnosis of polycystic ovary syndrome.
