摘要

目的 分析彩色多普勒超声鉴别诊断子宫肌瘤与子宫腺肌病的价值.方法 选取疑似子宫肌瘤患者与疑似子宫腺肌病患者分别纳入A组、B组,均行彩色多普勒超声检查.以病理检查结果为标准,分析彩色多普勒超声诊断子宫肌瘤与子宫腺肌病的价值,比较两种疾病的超声血流参数.结果 Kappa检验显示,超声诊断两种疾病与病理检查结果的一致性较高(P<0.05).彩色多普勒超声对子宫肌瘤与子宫腺肌病的诊断效能比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05).A组的RI低于B组,PI高于B组(P<0.05).结论 彩色多普勒超声鉴别诊断子宫肌瘤与子宫腺肌病的准确率较高.

Abstract

Objective To analyze the value of color Doppler ultrasound in the differential diagnosis of uterine fibroids and adenomyosis.Methods Patients with suspected uterine fibroids and patients with suspected adenomyosis were selected as group A and group B,respectively.Color Doppler ultrasound was performed in both groups.Based on the results of pathological examination,the value of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of uterine fibroids and adenomyosis was analyzed,and the ultrasonic blood flow parameters of the two diseases were compared.Results Kappa test showed that the consistencies between ultrasound diagnosis results and pathological examination results of the two diseases were high(P<0.05).No significant difference was found in the diagnostic efficacy of color Doppler ultrasound for uterine fibroids and adenomyosis(P>0.05).RI in group A was lower than that in group B,and PI was higher than that in group B(P<0.05).Conclusions The accuracy of color Doppler ultrasound in differential diagnosis of uterine fibroids and adenomyosis is high.
