Analysis on the Clinical Effect and Prognosis of Thoracoscopic Minimally Invasive Surgery in the Treatment of Thymoma
Objective To explore the effect of thoracoscopic minimally invasive surgery in the treatment of thymoma. Methods A total of 86 patients with thymoma were divided into two groups. The control group received thoracotomy, and the observation group received thoracoscopic minimally invasive surgery. The surgical and postoperative indicators, stress indicators and follow-up outcome were compared between the two groups. Results The intraoperative blood loss amount in the observation group was less than that in the control group, the operation time, ambulation time and drainage tube indwelling time were shorter than those in the control group, and the levels of Cor,ACTH and Ang-Ⅱ at 1 d after surgery were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).No significant difference was found in the rate of recurrence or metastasis between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Thoracoscopic minimally invasive surgery in the treatment of thymoma has light trauma, rapid postoperative recovery, high safety and good prognosis, which can relieve the stress response of patients.
