脑栓通胶囊联合丁苯酞胶囊治疗脑梗死恢复期患者的效果观察

摘要
目的 观察脑栓通胶囊联合丁苯酞胶囊治疗脑梗死恢复期患者的效果.方法 104例脑梗死恢复期患者随机分为两组.除基础药物治疗外,对照组给予丁苯酞胶囊治疗,观察组给予脑栓通胶囊联合丁苯酞胶囊治疗.比较两组的脑血流动力学参数、神经功能和日常生活能力.结果 治疗后,两组的RI、PI、NIHSS评分均较治疗前降低,且观察组低于对照组(P＜0.05);两组的Vm、BI评分均较治疗前提高,且观察组高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 脑栓通胶囊联合丁苯酞胶囊能够明显改善脑梗死恢复期患者的脑血流动力学参数、神经功能和日常生活能力.
Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of Naoshuantong capsules combined with butylphthalide capsules in the treatment of patients with cerebral infarction at convalescence stage.Methods A total of 104 patients with cerebral infarction at convalescence stage were randomly divided into two groups.In addition to basic drug treatment,the control group was treated with butylphthalide capsules,and the observation group was treated with Naoshuantong capsules combined with butylphthalide capsules.The cerebral hemodynamic parameters,neurological function and daily living ability were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the RI,PI and NIHSS scores in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05);The Vm and BI scores of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusions Naoshuantong capsules combined with butylphthalide capsules can significantly improve the cerebral hemodynamic parameters,neurological function and daily living ability of patients with cerebral infarction at convalescence stage.
