摘要

目的 探讨防己黄芪汤对膝关节置换术患者术后肢体肿胀及凝血功能的影响.方法 92例膝关节置换术患者分为两组,对照组给予常规处理,观察组在对照组基础上给予防己黄芪汤加减,比较两组的干预效果.结果 治疗5d、10d后,观察组的患侧与健侧肢体周径差均低于对照组(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组的BMP-2、VEGF、TNF-α水平均优于对照组,APTT、PT均高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 防己黄芪汤加减可减轻膝关节置换术患者术后肢体肿胀程度,改善血液高凝状态,加速肢体功能康复.

Abstract

Objective To explore the impact of modified Fangji Huangqi decoction on postoperative limb swelling and coagulation function of patients with knee arthroplasty.Methods 92 patients with knee arthroplasty were divided into two groups.The control group was given routine treatment,and the observation group was given modified Fangji Huangqi decoction on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After 5 d and 10 d of treatment,the differences of limb circumference between the affected side and the healthy side in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of BMP-2,VEGF and TNF-α in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and APTT and PT were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Modified Fangji Huangqi decoction can relieve postoperative limb swelling degree of patients with knee arthroplasty,improve the hypercoagulability of blood,and accelerate the rehabilitation of limb function.
