Clinical Study of Vitamin D Combined with Thymosin in the Adjuvant Treatment of Patients with Acute Exacerbation of COPD
Objective To explore the clinical effect of vitamin D combined with thymosin in the adjuvant treatment of patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods 80 patients with acute exacerbation of COPD were randomly divided into two groups. On the basis of conventional treatment, the control group was given thymosin adjuvant therapy, and the observation group was given vitamin D combined with thymosin adjuvant therapy. The therapeutic effect, arterial blood gas indicators and serum inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 97.50%,significantly higher than 85.00%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the level of PaO2 in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the levels of PaCO2,IL-6 and TNF-α were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Vitamin D combined with thymosin in the adjuvant treatment of acute exacerbation of COPD has significant effect, which can obviously improve the arterial blood gas indicators and relieve the inflammatory response of patients.
