Impact of Combined Treatment of Budesonide,Terbutaline and Tiotropium Bromide on Respiratory Function and Inflam-matory Response of Elderly Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease
Objective To explore the clinical effect of budesonide, terbutaline combined with tiotropium bromide in the treatment of elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods 156 elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were randomly divided into two groups, with 78 cases in each group. The control group was treated with budesonide, and the observation group was treated with budesonide, terbutaline combined with tiotropium bromide. The respiratory function and inflammatory response were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment,FVC,MVV and FEV1/FVC in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the levels of CRP and PCT were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The combined treatment of budesonide, terbutaline and tiotropium bromide can significantly relieve the inflammatory response and promote the respiratory function recovery of elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
