Impact of Tanreqing Injection on Lung Function and Serum CRP and IL-6 of Patients with Acute Exacerbation of Chronic Bronchitis
Objective To explore the impact of Tanreqing injection on lung function and serum inflammatory factors of patients with acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis.Methods 98 patients with acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis were randomly divided into two groups.On the basis of symptomatic therapy,the observation group was treated with Tanreqing injection,and the control group was intervened by placebo(5％glucose injection).The lung function,serum inflammatory factor levels,clinical efficacy and safety were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,FEV1,FVC,FEV1/FVC and TV in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the serum CRP and IL-6 levels were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group was 95.92％,higher than 81.63％in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusions Tanreqing injection can significantly improve the lung function of patients with acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis,relieve the inflammatory response and improve the clinical efficacy.
