Impact of Levothyroxine Sodium Treatment on Thyroid Function Indicators and Maternal and Infant Outcomes of Pregnan-cy Patients with Hypothyroidism
Objective To explore the effect of levothyroxine sodium in the treatment of pregnancy patients with hypothyroidism. Methods 378 pregnancy patients with hypothyroidism were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with thyroid tablets, and the observation group was treated with levothyroxine sodium. The clinical effiicacy was compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the levels of FT4 and FT3 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the TSH level and the incidence of adverse maternal and infant outcomes were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).No significant difference was found in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Levothyroxine sodium in the treatment of pregnancy patients with hypothyroidism can effectively improve their thyroid function and maternal and infant outcomes.
