摘要
目的 探讨沙盘游戏联合任务导向性训练对脑瘫患儿智力发育情况及粗大运动功能的影响.方法 88例脑瘫患儿随机分为两组,对照组采用常规康复干预,观察组在对照组基础上采用沙盘游戏联合任务导向性训练干预,比较两组的智力发育情况和粗大运动功能.结果 干预2个月后,观察组的PDI评分、MDI评分以及GMFM-88各维度评分和总分均显著高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 沙盘游戏联合任务导向性训练可明显提升脑瘫患儿的智力发育水平,改善患儿的粗大运动功能.
Abstract
Objective To explore the impact of sandplay combined with task-oriented training on mental development and gross motor function of children with cerebral palsy.Methods 88 children with cerebral palsy were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received routine rehabilitation intervention,and the observation group received sandplay combined with task-oriented training intervention on the basis of the control group.The mental development and gross motor function were compared between the two groups.Results After 2 months of intervention,the PDI score and MDI score,and the dimension scores and total score of GMFM-88 of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusions Sandplay combined with task-oriented training can significantly improve the mental development level and improve the gross motor function of children with cerebral palsy.
