培氟沙星与盐酸米诺环素联合治疗慢性牙周炎的临床效果及对患者牙周炎性反应的影响

摘要
目的 分析培氟沙星联合盐酸米诺环素治疗慢性牙周炎(CP)的效果.方法 86例CP患者随机分为两组,对照组予以盐酸米诺环素治疗,观察组在对照组基础上予以培氟沙星治疗,比较两组的临床疗效、牙周炎性反应以及牙周健康状况.结果 治疗后,观察组的总有效率高于对照组,TNF-α、hs-CRP、IL-1β水平以及SBI、PLI、GI、PD均低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 培氟沙星联合盐酸米诺环素可提高CP治疗效果,减轻患者牙周炎性反应,改善牙周健康度.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of pefloxacin combined with minocycline hydrochloride in the treatment of chronic periodontitis(CP).Methods 86 patients with CP were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with minocycline hydrochloride,and the observation group was treated with pefloxacin on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,periodontal inflammatory reaction and periodontal health status were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the levels of TNF-α,hs-CRP and IL-1β,and SBI,PLI,GI and PD were lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusions Pefloxacin combined with minocycline hydrochloride can improve the therapeutic effect of CP,reduce periodontal inflammation reaction and improve periodontal health degree.
