Impact of Budesonide Aerosol Inhalation Combined with Azithromycin Sequential Therapy on Pulmonary Function and Lev-els of Inflammatory Indicators of Children with Refractory Mycoplasma Pneumonia
Objective To explore the effect of budesonide aerosol inhalation combined with azithromycin sequential therapy in the treatment of refractory mycoplasma pneumonia. Methods 78 children with refractory mycoplasma pneumonia were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with azithromycin sequential therapy, and the observation group was treated with budesonide aerosol inhalation on the basis of the control group. The efficacy, pulmonary function and inflammation indicators were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the total effective rate and the levels of FEV1,FVC and PEF in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the levels of TNF-α,IFN-γ,IL-2 and IL-6 were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Budesonide aerosol inhalation combined with azithromycin sequential therapy in the treatment of refractory mycoplasma pneumonia can obviously improve the pulmonary function and inflammatory indicators of children.
