Impact of Different Doses of Esomeprazole Quadruple Therapy on Gastrointestinal Hormones and Inflammatory Indicator Levels of Elderly Patients with HP Infection-Related Gastritis
Objective To explore the effect of different doses of esomeprazole quadruple therapy in the treatment of elderly patients with helicobacter pylori(HP)infection-related gastritis. Methods 72 elderly patients with HP infection-related gastritis who underwent quadruple therapy were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, which were given standard dose and high dose of esomeprazole respectively. The gastrointestinal hormones, inflammatory indicators and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the levels of G-17,PG Ⅰ and GH in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the levels of CRP,IL-6,TNF-α were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions High-dose esomeprazole quadruple therapy in the treatment of elderly patients with HP infection-related gastritis can significantly improve their gastrointestinal hormone levels and reduce inflammatory reaction.
