Effect and Prognosis of Accurate Transurethral Needle-Electrode Resection in the Treatment of Bladder Cancer
Objective To explore the effect and prognosis of accurate transurethral needle-electrode resection(ATUNER)in the treatment of non-muscularis invasive bladder cancer(NMIBC).Methods A total of 106 patients with NMIBC were divided into two groups. The observation group was treated with ATUNER,and the control group was treated with LEFF.The surgical indicators, urination function, complications and prognosis were compared between the two groups. Results The operation time and indwelling catheter time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group, the intraoperative blood loss amount was less than that of the control group, the incidence of obturator nerve reflex and the tumor recurrence rate at 2 years after surgery were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).No significant difference was found in urination function indicators between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions ATUNER in the treatment of NMIBC has short operation time, low incidence of complication, and good long-term prognosis.
