摘要
目的 探讨经尿道等离子针状电极精准切除术(ATUNER)治疗非肌层浸润性膀胱癌(NMIBC)的效果及预后.方法 106例NMIBC患者分为两组,观察组采用ATUNER治疗,对照组采用LEFF治疗,比较两组的手术指标、排尿功能、并发症、预后.结果 观察组的手术用时、留置导尿管时间均短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,闭孔神经反射发生率、术后2年肿瘤复发率均低于对照组(P＜0.05).两组的排尿功能指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 ATUNER治疗NMIBC的手术用时较短,并发症发生率低,远期预后好.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect and prognosis of accurate transurethral needle-electrode resection(ATUNER)in the treatment of non-muscularis invasive bladder cancer(NMIBC).Methods A total of 106 patients with NMIBC were divided into two groups.The observation group was treated with ATUNER,and the control group was treated with LEFF.The surgical indicators,urination function,complications and prognosis were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time and indwelling catheter time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,the intraoperative blood loss amount was less than that of the control group,the incidence of obturator nerve reflex and the tumor recurrence rate at 2 years after surgery were lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05).No significant difference was found in urination function indicators between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusions ATUNER in the treatment of NMIBC has short operation time,low incidence of complication,and good long-term prognosis.
