Application Value of Integrated Medical and Nursing Care in Tympanoplasty Under Otoendoscopic Video
Objective To explore the application effect of integrated medical and nursing care in tympanoplasty under otoendoscopic video.Methods 90 patients with tympanoplasty under otoendoscopic video were divided into two groups.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received integrated medical and nursing care on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results The intraoperative blood loss amount,operation time,hospitalization time and incidence of complications in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the scores of dimensions of ZCMEI after nursing were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusions Integrated medical and nursing care applied in tympanoplasty under otoendoscopic video can promote the rapid rehabilitation of patients,improve their quality of life and reduce the occurrence of complications.
