Application of Pressure-Adaptation Theory in Patients with Acute Exacerbation of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease
Objective To explore the nursing effect of pressure-adaptation theory in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD).Methods 102 patients with AECOPD were randomly divided into two groups. The control group received routine nursing intervention, and the observation group received pressure-adaptation theory nursing intervention. The lung function and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention, the FEV1/FVC and MMEF of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the GQOL-74 score and SF-36 score were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Pressure-adaptation theory nursing intervention can improve the lung function and quality of life of AECOPD patients.
